Bottom line: Really flavorful, quick, and fresh food. I am really excited to explore the menu here. Great spot for fast, fresh Korean food. Went on a really cold night and the food was spicy and warming. The bulgogi was a winner! Spice levels were perfect and the flavor and texture was perfect. The staff was really friendly as well! Side note: Born and raised in America, so I can't really comment on authenticity, but it was delicious and I'm looking forward to trying out more dishes to find my favorites.

The Kimchi Jji-Gae (they call it Kimchi stew) is so good! It's very spicy, which we liked. And it has great flavor. We also got the Korean dumplings and the Dduck Bok Gi. They were okay, but I recommend the Kimchi Stew! And the Ban chan selection is small but at least it tastes good. It's self serve ban chan. The cashier checked in on us and gave us Choco pies when we finished our food. Overall nice place!

I was a bit confused when I walked in because I wasn't sure if i could sit down and a server would come to me. I had to order first and then sit down. They had a little stand in the center with 4 different banchan options that are free. The food came out in a timely manner and I ate every rice grain.

Both the Beef Bulgogi and Japchae we got were very flavorful dishes. The Japchae was a tad on the oily side so paired well with some extra rice.

I’d need to try more things, but I’ve gotten the sundubu and ddeokbokki. All of it comes out hot and the soup is sizzling. The sundubu comes with a raw egg that you can break into your bowl, it’s good but I might prefer them to do it for me. The broth was not very spicy so hopefully they have chili oil or something for people who want it more spicy. It was very hearty and hit the spot. Ddeokbokki is good and I like the fish cakes in it. Decent amount of spice. Large is a good size to eat and take half home

This is my first time at this restaurant and I tried a few dishes today, I really liked it. The food was very tasty, the service was top notch. The guy who served me was pleasant and very smiling. Definitely a must visit this restaurant!!!

Great new spot in West Town with easy access on Ashland. Casual space with delicious traditional and creative menu items. Everything is good, especially love the soondubu, bulgogi, bibimbap. Have been almost weekly since discovering it. BYOB

Service for takeout was extremely slow and unprofessional. “20 minutes” for only one dish (cheese dakgalbi) to be ready turned into over 30 and the restaurant was visibly empty. Front of house employees had no idea what they were doing which only added to the frustration. If the food was decent it could have been redeeming but it was mediocre at best and caters to people who are not familiar with Korean food. The only thing positive is that the portion sizes are fair for the price. In general I would not recommend this place to friends or return despite the convenience.
